Submitted Development Applications within a Council boundary will now receive a pack. Each pack is designed to give applicants a better understanding of the local businesses who can assist with and help complete the development.
Each pack is sturdy, hard wearing and professional, keeping all development applications, site plans and design work tidy and organised.
DISTRIBUTION
The Development Application Packs will be distributed via post in response to every development application form received within a Council boundary throughout usually a one or two year period.
Developments Applications include (but not limited to):
- New dwellings
- Car ports
- Garages
- Extensions
- Commercial developments
- Demolition of existing property
- Plumbing and drainage
- Sheds
- Subdivisons
